Start a pilot

What a pilot involves

A structured engagement of 90 to 180 days that leaves your region with a working Recovery Hub, a connected partner network and a measurement system that keeps running after we step back.

What is included

  • Assessment of existing services, partners and gaps
  • Hub design and backbone function definition
  • Partner convening and referral pathway agreements
  • Measurement setup, including Recovery Capital measurement
  • Improvement cycles and reporting structure

What the region provides

  • A backbone host organization
  • Participation from the core partners
  • Access to the data needed for measurement
  • A named point of leadership

Who qualifies

Any region with an organization willing and able to act as the backbone — commonly a human resource agency, regional council, recovery coalition, health system or county consortium — and partners willing to coordinate rather than compete.

What you have at the end

  • A functioning Regional Recovery Hub with defined responsibilities.
  • Documented referral pathways with no dead ends.
  • Baseline Recovery Capital measurement and a reporting cadence.
  • A first improvement cycle completed, with results.
  • A defensible case for continued and expanded funding.
